Round Hill Inn

I stayed here unexpectedly due to snow, and I work in heathcare, so having a safe, comfortable place to stay meant a lot. The staff were absolutely amazing kind, helpful, and welcoming during a stressful time. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was truly 10/10. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a beautiful place. The scenery was spectacular. Everything was updated and very clean. It was well decorated and had a homey feel. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. I left something in my room and I barely got out of their driveway before they called me. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. Lastly the maintenance man even helped us with loaded when we left. You will not be sorry if you book here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Round Hill Inn in Orange, VA — it truly lives up to expectations as a great family hotel. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully outfitted (microwave, mini fridge, good WiFi, etc.), which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The grounds and setting are lovely — perched on a hill with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, surrounded by those 170 acres of greenery the website mentions.  We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the easy access to local attractions like Montpelier. Nice place. Area was definitely out in the country but hotel was easy to get to off of the main road and near restaurants, grocery stores, Drug Stores, etc. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was free and of good quality. Downside was there was no bar or restaurant at the facility outside of breakfast buffet. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

This is a terrific place to stay! Round Hill is throw-back kind of hotel--not fancy, but impeccably clean, with enough lighting, outlets, kitchen amenities ( microwave, fridge, coffeemaker), and great blackout shades for your complete comfort. I can't say enough about the staff-- these a great people who work hard to make Round Hill shine. Reasonable rates, a great location. We love staying here, and we love visiting Orange.
