Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista

Wee stayed here for 5 nights for the runDisney event. While the overall experience was positive. we had a bit of a struggle with the morning noise. Every single morning the maintenance staff seemed to be working right outside our door. whether it was pressure washing the floors, using leaf blowers, repairing pipes, or knocking to deliver towels. ​I completely understand that they have a job to do but it would have been much better if these tasks were scheduled for later in the day like around noon. ​If you prefer a quiet morning. I highly recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. The building shown in the photo seems like it would be much more peaceful. ​Aside from the noise. everything else including the price, the location, and the front desk staff was excellent. We have just got back from an amazing holiday at Rosen Inn. Yes the rooms are basic and outdated but they are clear with nice white fluffy towels. We used the shuttle buses and found these great. They were always on time and met our needs. The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice especially for the price. We loved the burgers and chicken sandwich. Luisa in the bar was really friendly. There were plenty of nice places to eat with a 5 minute walk. The pool area was nice and clean and the pool was heated. Everything for us was spot on

Positive: Location and size of the room. Negative: The Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout my 6 days stay, and the hotel staff did not fix it. Most of the housekeeping staff do not know how to communicate, and don’t speak neither English nor Spanish.

Nice place to stay, if you are going to Disney or Universal. The room was clean and big enough, pools are clean and the water is not cold at old even if its cloudy. I won't recommend the breakfast buffet, the only good think are the Mickey mouse waffles, other than that you can find better options nearby for the same price or even less. The restaurant is good, pizza, and nachos are delicious, but the cocktails are pretty bad. The shuttle system offered is not completely good, on the week I stay they only offer shuttles mainly to Universal. The location of the hotel is pretty good, you can find Disney souvenirs store nearby, outlets and restaurants.

Great family friendly hotel with great rates! Rooms are clean and the have a restaurant / bar that actually serves really good food. Happy hour every day from 5-7 with bogo wine and beer. Parking is good and they have shuttles to parks. Will definitely stay here aga3
