Positive: What did I like the best? The staff was very helpful, loving caring they deserve a raise. Negative: It was nothing that I did not like I love the room. It was very clean smell good. The staff was amazing and I will be coming back. Not only did I tell my mom I told my family as well to book at this hotel.

Rooms nice and spacious and clean. I had an issue with my room and the staff were great helping me move to a different room. Convenient location. Used the free shuttle bus to universal a few times and it was really handy and easy to book a space on. It was a bit overly busy coming back from the parks but could have walked back

We only live about 2 hours from Orlando and got some Universal season passes this year and needed to find a motel that'll be our home base for what will be a bunch of trips. With the price of the passes and $11 beers in the parks, we didn't want to break the bank but wanted something nice and close to the park. I think we found it here. First off, it's an older motel, built in the 80s, I figure. It's really been kept up and updated nicely. The furniture was nice, bed super comfortable and paint was fresh. Shower was nice and water was HOT (not often the case in older places). The TV worked great which also isn't always the case in motels...even the big ones. Check in was great with a nice staff. This hotel has a great location, with a good bus link service to the universal parks. All staff were friendly and approachable. We only ate at the hotel twice for breakfast but there was a decent selection and was clean and warm. The rooms are on the dated side, need a good deep clean and a refresh…. But…|We really only slept there so didn’t cause us too much of an issue. The room was serviced daily. We had a dip in weather whilst there, so the air con and heating in the room were fantastic!

This hotel was an outstanding value. At $70 a night I felt like I was at a Hilton owned hotel but it isn't a part of the Hilton family at all. It's independently owned, a family owned collection of hotels that are considered Universal World partners. Immaculate grounds and well-appointed rooms and plenty of parking with a security guard at the front gate to welcome you and assure the riff raff stays outside the gate. I felt comfortable and secure at this hotel. The housekeeping staff was polite and efficient. My stay was wonderful and I would certainly make this the place I stay each time I'm in Orlando.
