Rosen Centre

This was our first visit for my wife to go to the Paralegal Conference here. Rooms were clean, wells stocked, and well maintained when asked. Staff all around the hotel were very nice and quite helpful. We got help with our bags and had to ask for maintenance and everyone was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was paying for self parking and it was also quite expensive. Everything else was A+

Honestly very displeased with my stay at the Rosen Centre. I have stayed at the Rosen inn and the Rosen plaza both within just this year and although it is much more beautiful I have to say the Rosen centre was my least favorite experience. When we first checked in we were given a top floor room, great. Until we opened the door to other people inside the room and got screamed at (rightfully so). When we got our new room which had us pushed back even more from having to wait and have the manager check it we checked in by 7:00. The self parking is 35$ on top of the 50$ deposit and the walk to the parking garage from the hotel elevator is about 7 minutes unless you’re running. Stayed here for one night for business. Check in was swift and was given an upgrade to a suite. Staff was truly nice at every level of the hotel. |The room itself was a bit of a let down. The suite was huge with a full kitchen and living area but the bed was a Murphy bed that was low to the ground and a bit uncomfortable. There were also no convenient outlets near the bed to charge your devices. |The bathroom was fine but the water pressure in the shower was low. The room itself was pretty clean. One big thing was I just couldn’t get the room temp to be comfortable. At 70 it was freezing in the bed. At 71 it was too hot. Great conference center and resort! The accommodations, food in conference center, and services provided by staff here are excellent. It is located in a beautiful walkable area - we walked down International Boulevard to a neat area to enjoy the Hampton Social, Kavas Tacos 🌮 , and more.

I parked here for a convention and if the parking attendants and valet are anything like the staff inside the hotel I'd rather not stay. Starting with the parking garage first day the garage is fine just was a bit off the regular path. The attendant basically acted like I was bothering him from his phone and implied I couldn't park in the garage. The electric charge station was the main reason I parked in the area. The charge station didn't seem to be working. Maybe it was me, I'll give the garage the benefit of the doubt. (Although I plugged it in and thought I paid no charge was given to my vehicle after 8 hours in the convention center) The second day I used valet parking it took forever and seemed disorganized in general. Upon pickup I didn't see the desk and only saw a couple of kids
