Very pleasant staff. No issues with the site. Office moved us to a much nicer site than TT had put us on, without us even asking. Washers and dryers at a decent price. No complaints. The lady in the office also helped us with local sites to see and things to do. We truly appreciated the extra time and care given to great customer service. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again. John/Julie Valentine

A really nice campground, conveniently located between Daytona and New Smyrna Beach. Most people there seem to be seasonal, and they were friendly and helpful. The grounds are well taken care of and the sites large and easy to get in and out of. The price was reasonable. The one downside is the railroad tracks right next to the campground. Trains come through around every 2 hours all night long, and some of them are so big and powerful that they shook us awake. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay.

If I could provide 0 stars I would. We camp across the country and this was by far the worst campground we have been at. The first site they assigned us to had 1 foot muddy ruts with pieces of plywood layed over parts of the site and tree branches lower than our camper rooftop. After calling to request a different site they moved us to a site that was so uneven we had to park the wheels of our camper on the concrete patio slab. The grass hadn't been mowed and was about 6 inches tall. The bathroom was not clean, so bad that we would not use it. It felt more like a mobile home park and less of a campground. My family does not plan on returning to this campground.

The "resort" is located right beside the rail road tacks with active trains throughout the day and night. There were several derelict mobile homes that detracted from the property. This is a very old mobile home park trying to be a campground. Very few amenities, no scheduled activities, no communications with the staff once on site. The bathrooms and showers were adequate but nothing special. We had a travel trailer. The site assigned was not clearly marked and was barely level. I would not recommend this resort.

Rose Bay Campground was a nice park but too close to operating train track. Three times during the night it goes through and, a couple of times through the day. Otherwise, the campground is clean and staff were accommodating.
