If you book through a 3rd party app like Hotels Tonight they stick you in a handicap room. During check I was warned over and over that it’s a “handicap room” I heeded the warning and asked what else he had. Ultimately upgrading to a second story (no elevator) room with a balcony and view ($60) The room didn’t smell, was decently decorated, had a fridge, microwave, easy TV with decent channels (no HBO) The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The pillows are bad but I typically bring my own. Bathroom is very small but has a tub and shower and was clean. My companion enjoyed the hot tub and reported it to be clean. There is also boat parking which may be important to some. The location is great, walking distance to the London Bridge. Things I think they can do better: 1. The owner watches

Positive: Staff really polite, great amenities, pool was open to use kids loved it and it's indoors so no sunburns ?, space in rooms awesome. I will definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend this place. Negative: Nothing negative to say at all n that's rare for me lol

Great location, just down the street from the London bridge. This is a good place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the night. It's not a nice hotel, but it has what you need. Hot shower, clean sheets, running water, a place to charge your phone, and our room was clean. Our microwave didn't work, and we appreciated that it was promptly replaced. The only problem I see is that it's severely neglected by maintenance. Some curtains were missing and the ones that were there need mending, drywall needs repair, trim that was decades ago rusted thru simply needs to be painted.

Room 102 all the electric plug cover are broken. It is unsafe to plug anything and the screen door lock is broken. It is easy to get in and get out felt like it’s unsafe to stay THERE trying to reach out to the reception’s No one there even when I walk to the front desk and ring the bell. No one answer so finally the next day we left at 7:00AM in the morning.

The lobby stairway was absolutely filthy, like it had NEVER been vacuumed. There was a pungent smell upon walking in as well. I learned there was no elevator AFTER I checked in. Once I got upstairs almost to my room there was a mini fridge that was leaking everywhere in the hallway with wet towels all over...it was left their for at least a couple of days since I was there. The room itself was so hot and the little a/c unit couldn't cool it down. It was dingy inside and the bed was not very comfy. I will never stay there again.
