We stayed here two nights before and two nights after our cruise. Overall, it was a “you get what you pay for” experience. It was affordable, and we made it work, but there were definitely some frustrations. When our plane landed, we called for the complimentary shuttle. Unfortunately, there was confusion about which terminal we were at, and it was sent to the wrong one. After waiting about 40 minutes (traveling with an 8-month-old and a toddler), we called back and didn’t feel like we were getting much help. At that point, we decided to just take an Uber. Check-in staff were polite but not particularly welcoming or helpful. Our first room had hard floors (which is tricky with a baby who is crawling), and they were noticeably dirty. There were also several stains on the sheets and pillows.
This hotel was amazing. We were in a bad spot with our flight being delayed multiple times. They accommodated us at the end of the delays turned into a cancellation. We were only there for a day room so 10-6 when emails started to fly in from AC stating delays. I kept going to the front desk to change shuttle times they were more than happy to help. Finally I asked if we can we keep the room for few more hours they said no problem an came back with a very reasonable offer to let us keep it as if we might get stuck until the following morning. Thank god because that is what happened. They went above an beyond. We took the shuttle service from the port which is included in the day room fee. We also took the shuttle to the airport again included in the fee. Very organized. Free br
Picked this hotel for price and free shuttles. Called for a shuttle at the airport and transferred to a mail box to leave a message…Ended up paying $50 for a taxi. Crazy line to check into talk to a woman behind a glass window. We had 2 rooms and we could get early check in for $30 more. After complaining about the shuttle she gave us complimentary check-in. Rooms were big and clean with good AC. Twice we went to eat at the restaurant because there’s nothing else around. Menu is pretty good, maybe on the high side for pub food, and drinks are fine. Watch out for Happy Hour as it’s only at the bar. We all ordered from the happy hour menu and got charged full price. This is a little deceiving on the menu. Also watch your bill! The tip is already added and when they give it to you it’s on a m
I would carefully consider before booking this hotel. We stayed on February 28, 2026 and booked a “day room” through ResortPass. Check-in was very crowded, which we expected, but the experience was not handled well. The managers appeared frustrated and told us they didn’t have any day rooms available and weren’t sure if they could accommodate us, while directing us to stand in line. Communication was poor, and staff were raising their voices at both guests and employees rather than helping or reassuring anyone. The front desk associate we worked with was pleasant, and once we did get a room, it was clean and as described. The facilities matched expectations. Overall, it’s not a high-end hotel, but it is convenient to the airport. The shuttle experience was also disappointing. We signed
This was an older motel with some quirks, but was a pretty good value for the area. The lobby isn’t very inviting, but everything was sparkling clean. The room was also very clean, the bed and linens were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom update was very nice. Breakfast was good, with real scrambled eggs and real sausage patties. I think they frequently have large groups, so they could probably use a couple more waffle irons. I would also ask specifically for a room away from the pool area if you want a quiet room. |This place wasn’t fancy by any means, but I would stay there again just for the decent breakfast and the cleanliness!
