Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk was super nice, and I appreciate her figuring out what happened with my reservation and fixing it. Hotel room was spacious. Negative: Needa major TLC. dim lights, holes in walls, paint chipping, dust everywhere, jets in tub not working. BIGGEST complaint, the roaches!! I only saw a few but that's too many. No bed bugs that I know of tho.

This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a motel/hotel. I do not recommend staying here. The choice brand is great but do not stay here. I left after an hour and went to the choice comfort inn two minutes away which was wonderful, and I would recommend to do the same. The room was infested with cockroaches. We found over 10 in the room within the first hour. When I checked in. The person in front of me was complaining about the cleanliness of the room. Our room was also not clean. When I went to the front desk to move out after seeing all the cockroaches. There were two people behind me complaining about the same thing. The entire hotel is infested with roaches. Absolutely Disgusting – Infested with Cockroaches I stayed here last night, and from the moment I walked in, I was dealing with cockroaches. I must have killed over 50 of them during the night. When I arrived, I asked the front desk if I could see a room before paying, and they told me no — that I couldn’t see one because “none were presentable.” Yet somehow, they were still renting rooms. That should have been a red flag right there. The room was infested. I woke up in the morning surrounded by cockroaches on every wall. I’ve never experienced anything this bad — not even when I lived in a developing country. It’s disgusting and completely unacceptable. I’m genuinely worried that some of these roaches might have gotten into my luggage. Please take these reviews seriously. This place sh

The first thing that was noticed was the bathroom door didn't close properly, then the tub was very slow to drain. We killed several bugs, not sure what they were. There was only one chair in the room and when I asked for another was told to wait until morning. We were only there for one night. They advertised breakfast and when we went to get coffee in the morning there was not only no breakfast but no coffee. Just the bit supplied in the hotel room. The 2 single packs and 2 decaf. It was reasonably clean except for the bugs. Some flew and the others were small and had a very hard shell which made them hard to exterminate. We won't go back and won't recommend to anybody we know either. Not worthy of using the Quality brand.

Beyond should be shut down, health hazard. Severe infestation of all kinds of bugs, mold/mildew everywhere you see. The bathroom vent nearly fell on me as I was in the bathroom. No station for dogs to go to the bathroom properly. But the cockroaches…I turned on the light and at least 20 disperses from the sink and shoot out so fast I’ve never….. I will never get over this practical trauma you induced. I will be demanding a refund, and I will make sure this is shut down properly with the connections I have.
