One of the more expensive mobile parks around and the rent fees go up every year. it wouldn't be so bad if they took care of the property for you like they would do if it was a condo. For $560 a month you could at least mow The lawns once the or twice a month being most of us here are seniors. The park manager so Sue is phenomenal but it's not up to her to make the rules
Great and quiet place to live. I have been here 10 years and have never had a major problem with anyone.
