Rodeway Inn Rapid City North

Hello! Thanks for the opportunity. I'm a positive person for the most part. The manager (?) is very nice, professional, and always tells me "IF there's ANYTHING you need!" I enjoy conversations with him. However I must be honest. My room, my bathroom hasn't had hot water for a shower everyday !! Also, I've contacted Customer service about getting my stays credited to my rewards, privileges!! I gave my account number, confirmation number, still not credited. I have the physical receipts for every nights stay. Why isn't this credited to my account?? That's not the manager's fault!! Sounds like a Corporate Error!! Will you resolve this immediately? I'm still waiting...

We had a great stay. Bed was so comfortable. I had a wonderful nights sleep; which is uncommon for me when I sleep on any bed other than my own. They are under new management who were attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very nice and you could tell there had been recent updates and improvements. There is also a pool so would be great for families with kids. We were just traveling with our mini dachshund so we didn’t use the pool so can’t review that part. But I loved that they were dog-friendly with a fraction of the pet fee charged at other motels. Great location within walking distance to Walmart and many great restaurants. Very easy to get to from the interstate. The room rate was a tremendous value for what you get. We will definitely stay here again next time

The Rodeway Inn has clearly undergone a excellent makeover. All new furniture and decor it shows the new owners have guest comfort in mind. I have stayed here multiple times have seen his hotel undergo many transformations. I love the location and having essential things within walking distance. The newly minted General Manager Moody is helpful and very attentive to guests needs and concerns, a plus! He is an excellent GM I believe.

Moody was an amazing host and the new owner. the TV was so fancy and he was always ready to help with any questions. I adored the nice cold water in the lobby and the on site laundry was very affordable. Wife and I stayed over Christmas week and he was always present, even left us some chocolates!

Came here for last minute booking. The new owners are great. The accommodation made to me was so good I’ll be going back, they made me feel welcomed and safe with the area of town they are in. New owners and new management. The Owner mody is new to town so help his business be successful.
