Rodeway Inn Owensboro South

You’ll be sleeping with some critters. Not just a motel for people, but also a roach motel. Been here for 3 nights, (my husband has been here for 5 days, due to work- his company put him up here for the week due to a job in Owensboro) and I have killed over 5 roaches. Absolutely disgusting. Also the key card constantly had to be reset and wouldn’t work- causing us to get locked out repeatedly. The people that stay here are of questionable character. And no one has been here one time to clean the room or to give us fresh towels or sheets or have taken out the trash. Also our room 107, has dried up liquid all over walls and tv. Like someone sprayed some type of liquid substance everywhere. Would not recommend. Definitely washing everything and leaving out luggage bags outside for a few days

Dirty and filthy. Do not stay here! It is disgusting. There were cockroaches, and the room was absolutely filthy. The walls were extremely gross, and they were stained from people killing/squashing bug on the wall. Right under our sink was squashed bug left on the wall. Our room also reeked like cigarette smoke. This was by far the most disgusting Days Inn I've ever stayed in. Wyndham should be ashamed. ||In addition, we were going to put some food in the refridge. It was so dirty that we through our food out. Trust the other negative reviews about this place. This place should be shut down for being a health hazard.

When i first arrived, no one was at the front desk to check me in,. i called the phone number to the hotel and informed the lady on the phone i needed to check in. 15 minutes later the lady came to check me in. She was cool.. no hassle.. just here you go.. the check i process was pretty quick once she arrived. Ok.. so, this is where everything gets weird.. Thankfully, i have experienced the worst of the earth within my lifetime, so what i was about to witness in that room, was shocking, and would probably repulse normal people, but i was just grateful to get out of the rain and out of my car from the long drive. If you smoke meth, this place is perfect for you.. dressers were broken.. dirty syringes underneath. Recluse Spider Webs and dead roaches decorate the ceiling corners and cracke

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Floor and bathroom was filthy. Could see daylight around the entire room door. Paid for two night stay but only stayed one, because when we returned to the hotel the next evening the room had not been touched. Not cleaned, trash taken, or refreshed with clean linens. Requested a refund and the front desk was rude and refused. Would not recommend!!

First room we stayed in had roaches everywhere. Second room had them also but not as bad. I definitely would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. Especially with kids or a family.
