I recently had several employees stay at this hotel for a utility restoration project, and I was very impressed with the customer service team led by Steve. What stood out most was how proactive the team was, they didn’t just respond to issues; they anticipated needs before we even had to ask. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, but it was the exceptional service that brought us back. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere that truly values its guests. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you feel appreciated and well taken care of.

Steve is the best manager I’ve ever seen run a hotel. He makes the big hotels feel like a waste of time. This one is in a prime spot, right across the street from some great food and a 24 hr convenience store. And a mile away from JAQ airport. Rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Steve’s response times for everything were insanely fast, and done with incredible kindness. Would happily stay here again. Thanks so much for making my trip easier!

Everything about this place was perfect, and it was definitely more than I expected from a budget friendly motel. I would stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Love this hotel! Staff was really nice and the room was great.

The outside leaves a little to be desired, but the rooms are clean and updated. The check in staff (owner) is very friendly and nice.
