Where do i start the Manager is terrible walks around the complex drunk talking crap about tenants to other tenants all the years ive rented I've never seen such an unprofessional manager/landlord took her 3 months to fix our stove and the part didnt even fully fix it the entire time me and my wife were moving into our new house she was out there drunk as usual running her mouth as we loaded up my truck and the uhaul tenants are very fragile and anti anything you can't make a peep without someone complaining one of the tenants smokes weed and it comes through all the vents the parking situation is also an issue one tennet pouts like a child if anyone parks in her way meanwhile shes parked in a fire zone blocking it my lady also got us help to move in through atcca and the manager continou

My husband, small dog, and I stayed here in mid-October. The motel is next to a creek and Kennedy park. The motel has several small buildings with a few hotel rooms in each. Some have patio doors and patios overlooking the creek. The grounds are nicely landscaped with plenty of picnic tables and chairs. The hotel is about a mile from downtown Jackson in a mostly residential are. It's very quiet with no loud bars or zooming traffic nearby.||Our room was a small but very comfortable Queen room with 20" TV with cable, mini fridge, and microwave. Decor is guest room style, not motel style and the rooms are very clean. I read in their brochure that they also have family-style rooms and rooms with King beds.||Our room rate included a contenital breakfast of coffee, sweet rolls, and juices. The

This quiet motel is only three car minutes from the town centre, yet in a green and shady end of the road location. Rooms are clean, plain and cozy. The owner's collective passion for old furniture is also present in the rooms which makes each room unique. The friendliness paired with the lowest price in town made this place the best choice for us. Wifi was not available.

we'll be back for sure. Athony and Teresa were great people and treated us very well. We were looking for a "hideaway" and, thanks to my new TomTom GPS system delivering us to their door, we found exactly what we wanted. We had dogs and they provided us with extra towels to wipe their feet as it was raining. They even gave us a couple of dog mats, so we laid them out on the floor and wiped their feet well when they came in. We brought a laptop for music (MP3s) and a couple of DVDs, they had TV.. but we had a nice time reading books, listening to the rain over our music.. the ambience was rich. The hotel is old, but has had the proper enhancements to make it feel homey. If you have dogs and go there, please be super respectful, as I'd like to go back again with mine.|

The location is all this place has. The rooms are ok sized, the heat doesn't work well, the floor is over another and when you step down you can hear them hit, the worst part are the permanent guests that leave their dog howling at all hours, very thin walls, loud drunks in the middle of the night yelling, trucks pulling in at all hours and then just leaving. Complained, packed and left, after a 4 hour stay I was charged $50.00 she said but only refunded $15.00, the room was $75.00 CASH ONLY FOR A REASON!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!
