Great AC across so some wild weather swings. Well laid out room with enough counter space. Nice blanket instead of the common too thick comforter. The beds, alas, we're so tall they had to be climbed ONTO. Not good for those under 6 feet tall or over 60. Good staff, super helpful.

We stayed here one night and it was OK, we weren’t sure if we were heading out of the area the next night, so we checked out, we ended up staying in the area and re-checked in. The first room they put us in smelled like cigarette smoke; We requested another and we were put in our room from the first night. Very obviously the sheets had not been changed and the room had barely been cleaned. Late night snacks were had and there was still crumbs in the bed. They DID NOT change sheets in between stays. We left- who knows the last time the sheets were changed. With basic upkeep and cleanliness the place could be nice. It was nice having the bar there and the pool was nice, but I just can’t get over them not changing sheets between guests…. Ew.

This is an older hotel but has been updated some. The room was very big and clean. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues with the linens or bugs. The staff was very friendly and helped with a later check out so we could shower after swimming with the manatees.

Needs serious improvement, interior and exterior. They need to put some effort in cleaning the rooms thoroughly. In need of a renovation, not a bandaid look. Rooms smell of cigarettes. The manager was very nice. Over priced for the conditions and surrounding area. Not recommended.

This motel is not the worst, and it is by far not the best. If you want a room that is actually quiet, request one with the pool view. Do NOT get a room facing the parking lot. Rooms are small and basic. No amenities. But for 70 bucks a night, it is a decent place to sleep. The front desk lady was very nice.
