Last Resort LLC

My husband and I stayed here in April and had an amazing time. The owners are second to none when it comes to customer service and hospitality, and really made our stay special. (Note: these are the new owners who have renovated the entire complex). ||The resort: the resort sits on a large piece of land RIGHT on the water. There is plenty of covered and shaded parking under the 6 units (3 duplex), and you have grass to wander around on, lounge chairs, a fire pit, a gazebo, and an amazing dock ready for your boats. We even crabbed and fished off the dock, and enjoyed all the wildlife coming by.||The house: we stayed in the middle unit and it was perfect for the two of us. We had two beds so no fighting over sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to cook. We enjoyed sitting on

Great quiet getaway right on the water, this place has everything you need for your scallop or fishing trip. Elevated units provide great views, conveniently located near two great marinas and a short boat ride to three cool, refreshing head spring. Manatees abound in the river and dolphins play and eat everywhere near the river delta. - Boat ramp on site - Free ice machine - Floating dock (4 slips) - Fixed dock (4 slips) - Free Washer and Dryer

Stayed here for a week last scalloping season (8/12) and rented out all 6 units (3 buildings) and had an awesome time. Yes the units are dated and they are pretty much 2 modual prefab homes on stilts with a covered awning that connect the 2 units and a shared back deck overlooking the river but we weren't there to sit inside. We loved having the privacy of having our own place, ample free parking, private free boat ramp, large private free boat dock, (had plenty of room for 5 boats), with ice maker and free laundry facilities and loved having my morning coffee on the back deck watching the world come alive! This is not a hotel or motel so there isn't someone on site however I didn't have an issue with getting a hold of Melissa. We enjoyed the resort so much we will be back there again this

First time visitor, but not my last! Owner was very nice and was there when ever needed. Rooms had everything you needed. Boats being right there and being able to rent them from her along with the room was perfect and very easy. To be able to go out and fish at one end of river and bring the kids and grandbaby back to swim at springs at the other end was so nice!

Our family stayed here several times. Well on our last visit we text management on Friday to make reservations for Saturday and Sunday for two units. We then asked her when we can arrive and were told that the rooms were clean and available now, so feel free to come up anytime that evening. Thinking she was allowing us to stay that evening for free because our reservation was for Saturday & Sunday, we made the trip late that evening. Well, when we check out she us $588 per unit $1176, she charge for 3 days and was not at all willing to work with us concerning the confusion. We will never go there again. She was extremely rude. We felt manipulated into another day stay, so that she can charge us.
