The customer service was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately for me it was 3am and I was too tired to look for anywhere else, but every single staff I’ve spoken to has been extremely rude, not to mention I got my rights violated and they asked for documents on my service animal and accused me of lying, then when I confronted the manager she backed up those employees saying that I should have told them ahead of time I had the dog, which by law I’m not required to, but apparently that somehow makes it okay they my rights were violated and I had to spend time that I was trying to use resting after a 20 hour drive, dealing with accusations and hostility, and wife that’s deals with crippling anxiety that is now completely uneasy and has been worried and restless all morning since. Place could definitely use some updating. I stayed one night I was charged for two. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I would never recommend a place that does business like that to anybody that I cared about.

Positive: I didn't like anything about it nothing at all Negative: Everything was horrible the room was never cleaned. there was food in the fridge,old food in the microwave.the sheets were never changed.it really was nothing like the pictures summited online.

Garbage. First: the men "in charge" were shady and creepy as hell. They have the personalities of a chewed up gummy bear covered in hair stuck to the toilet seat in a port-o-potty. Borderline murder type weird and rude. Second: after paying for my room online, was told there was an additional $25 deposit fee upon arrival that would be refunded upon DEPARTURE... BULLCRAP! Upon departure it was INSISTED that I did NOT pay this $25 and then justified that I did BUT it would not be refunded because we checked out 2 minutes past the deadline. Third: the room was absolutely disgusting. Roach crawling up the wall mere moments after entering the room. Light switches malfunctioned and everything just gross. Ill stop ranting BUT this place is foul and not acceptable for human habitation. Zero

I have a long list long long list. Let's make it short here. I walk in reservation was canceled due to the time that I came. Okay cool. Next go to the room. I requested a smoking. He gave me a non-smoking. I walk in the room. It smelled horrible check the bed. Did not see any signs of bed bugs but there sure was a lot of them had me all bit up. Next I see the top comforter had burn holes so I go over to the front with a picture of evidence to show him that people were smoking in it and I would like a new comforter. He told me I can proceed to smoke in there because people do not listen. He will not charge me to smoke. ( marijuana is my choice) . He brings me down to the laundry room.
