Beachouse Inn & Suites

You can't beat this little place for the price and location! I was a little anxious about staying here as it was so much cheaper than any of the other places around. We were pleasantly surprised as the room (Unit 1) cozy, yes small but it served our purpose and really all we needed. Charmene was very helpful; it was our anniversary so she upgraded us to the Beachouse as we originally booked our stay at the Silver Sands next door. We are used to sleeping with a ceil fan which the room did not have, I asked if she had a fan we could use she immediately went and bought us a brand new one to use. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Me and my fiance stayed here for the past 2 nights and it's absolutely amazing. The location is perfect the owner is very friendly and polite and she is very much a real person. She takes very good care of her place it's very well kept clean rooms with everything you need. The pool was absolutely clean and the water temperature was absolutely perfect. We will definitely being here to stay every time we're in town that's for sure. Thank you so much for our stay it was absolutely perfect.

Do not recommend. Website photos are not accurate. Booked a 1 bedroom suite and got a very small and worn out studio. Couch was dirty, rust on the shower water handles. Cabinet in kitchen damaged and shoddily repaired. Smell of mildew on walking into the hard to open door.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing my stay at The Beachouse was! A family owned and run property, I checked in and was told I’d been upgraded to a phenomenal room. Traveling by myself I wanted a safe, clean, friendly and visually appealing/relaxing experience The Beachouse was everything and more! Pool was clean, my room was clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the resort, there is a wonderful 24-hr gym not 2 minute drive down the road (Clearwater Beach Fitness). I couldn’t have asked for better stay! 5 stars! Would absolutely recommend, I plan to be back In August!

We booked the hotel through Expedia in Oct 2018 and, as usual, received an email confirming our reservation and letting us know that there was no need to call and reconfirm. I received a text from the hotel shortly afterward saying, ‘Confirming 2019 Beachouse Inn & Suites resv 2/26-3/02 King Studio. Thank you Beachouse, Silver Sands Point LLC’. I thought that was a nice touch but didn’t respond as we had already received confirmation from Expedia, and I have never had to confirm directly with a property when using Expedia. And there was no ‘call to action’ in the text, no request to reply and confirm the dates. We assumed it was merely a note to let us know the room was reserved.|We arrived on Feb 26th and were told that she wasn’t sure if we were coming! I said that Expedia had confirmed
