Rodeway Inn Clearwater - Central

Very comfortable bed clean room but a few flaws 1. No hot water in the shower 2. the cable tv only works when the sky is clear but other than that it's a good experience.

We ended up here randomly on our road trip and it was luckily somewhat affordable for the area. The first room we were in smelled kind of wrong as if someone had a cat in there doing its business, as soon as I brought this to the attention of the man at the front desk he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and provided us another room that smelled fresh and clean. We did at some point find a bug in our room, it was a large cricket, we caught it in a cup with paper on the bottom and let Jiminy go free.. other than that no other bugs, had a nice sleep and some coffee for the road in the morning.

Manager is absolutely rude and horrible. I called to get towels for a room that I paid $110 for because the water from the shower not draining flooded my hotel room. I am here traveling for work as a poker room manager. I let Jodie Long - the manager know that I needed the water cleaned up but had to get to work and didn’t have time to move all my stuff I set up to another room. I am positive I told her the correct room number I was in. And never got the towels. So when I went to the desk to get help and get towels. Her attitude was terrible, she cursed saying she didn’t have time for this shit and didn’t want to hear my mouth blabbering telling her employee to shut her office door. This location was ideal for my needs, but the facility did not meet expectations. I reserved a King bed, handicap accessible, and prepaid 2 months in advance of our two-week stay. Initially, that was the room my husband and I had, but the toilet leaked and the shower had nothing to corral water. Some water ran from the drain to the base of the toilet, so a manager claimed that was the source of water that ran under the tiles into the bedroom area, but my husband observed water leaking at the base of the toilet when he flushed it. Our room was changed while I was at my first medical appointment. My husband was told that we would be moved back as soon as the water issue was resolved. The next day, we were told this was not happening. Sadly, I feel this is a bait and switch situation. Two bed

Nice room. Lateefa was friendly and helpful anytime we went into the office for help. The staff wasn't pushy and we had a quiet 10 day stay. The room was clean and the price was great
