Rodeway Inn at Lake Powell

Great location and spotless rooms ​We had a very positive stay at this hotel. The first thing we must highlight is that the room was quite clean, which is essential for us. ​Key highlights: ​Location: It is very well located, quite close to downtown, making it very easy to get around the area. ​Staff: The team is very attentive and provides great service at all times. ​Breakfast: As a suggestion, I think the breakfast could use a bit more variety in the options, but overall, everything was fine

Many reviews stated that hotel was very bad, we took a chance and had a great experience! The staff were amazing and our room was clean and tidy! Some furniture seems to be old but don’t mind that, you can’t beat the price!!! Had a good breakfast and excellent sleep! Thank you guys!

Granted, it’s one of the more affordable hotels in Page (though I still paid a rather outrageous $150 for a room this week), I could only recommend it to my more “tolerant” friends and associates—it’s a very, very run-down property. There was even a hole in the bathroom ceiling that I’m pretty sure a bat winked at me from. On the positive side, it’s centrally located, the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked, and it came with a fridge and microwave. It also wasn’t too noisy, which was a plus.

We stopped here for a night on our travels. This place is "old school" but fully equipped, clean and with good facilities. Very helpful reception staff. Breakfast is good held in the reception / lobby area. The poole looked great, but we did not have time.

Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Price Stayed here on January 30th with my parents, spouse, and children. It was not peak season, and the hotel had plenty of vacant rooms. I clearly requested three adjacent rooms to help care for elderly parents and young kids. Instead, we were assigned three rooms far apart, which made no sense given the availability. One room key failed three times, forcing multiple trips back to the front desk in cold weather. No staff member offered assistance or showed concern. What’s especially frustrating is that there were several empty rooms immediately next to ours, so this was not a capacity issue — it was a service issue. Front desk staff appeared poorly trained, and the overall stay matched what other reviewers have said: average facilities, below
