Rooms are nice and clean. Well maintained and beautiful location

I booked a handicap room 5 months in advance, called and confirmed 3 months in advance. When we checked in, the Handicap Room had been given to another guest! My wife is in a wheelchair and really needed a room with wheelchair access to the bathroom. The lady at the front desk tried to rearrange the room to make it better but The bathroom door would not open wide enough. The room was clean, comfy bed, good A/C, fridge. No breakfast and no ice.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The staff refused to honor our reservation when we arrived after midnight, leaving us to have to potentially sleep in our car. That policy has got to be on the reservation, which it was not.We were forced to spend nearly twice as much elsewhere.

Dated room which was well overdue for an update and did not resemble the photos well. Cleaning not up to scratch. Service was basic. |Soft furnishings were tired, worn and holed. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not complete our planned stay.

For starters David and isa are the most unprofessional people they do not how to work with the public they yell and creak at people meaning customers it’s absolutely disgusting around that hotel they wash the sheets or even bother to clean the room they said there boss doesn’t pay them so they have to use these own money that’s why we all have to buy our own supplies Tit paper batteries I never in my life been to a hotel where you get screamed at for not having hot wanted for over a month either and don’t be prepared to have anymore up at 9 in the morning to help you if you need it they sleep till 1-2pm in the afternoon and I have to help talk to so many guests showing up saying where are they well they are off and about there is so many shady things that are going on around here that the
