Positive: Nothing at all. Horrible rooms. Dirty. Smelled of marijuana. Loud Negative: Did I not like anything about the hotel

We will definitely be coming back! Amazing customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, the hot water in the shower stays hot, TV works, refrigerator works and overall an amazing hotel. Hotels like this go for way more than the price of this hotel- it’s a bargain for sure!

My room was disgusting. There was thick layers of dirt and mold all over the floors. Holes in the walls. Holes near the tub. Bedding was filthy. I checked in at 9 AM. Couldn’t wait to get out at 7 AM. Afraid to sleep in case bugs started to crawl over me. I would like my 8000 points back. Elevator looked like a homeless person lived in it. County/city needs to come and inspect this hotel for health and safety. I took plenty of pictures of the state of the room. Please put the 8000 points back to my account. This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in and not worth even one dollar per night.

Lots of cockroaches and they increased the price of every room because they knew my company had to pay for this squalor. They said they can't change my room because all their other rooms have cockroaches too.

Very run down hotel that needs some attention to updating - cleaning up parking lot (add lighting), sign lit at night, some plants or something in the front lobby and not hand scribbled signage. Kitchen area for breakfast wasn't clean. The coffee was good. Upon arrival, my toilet wasn't working but worker came right away and fixed it. (Checked in right at 3, so not busy). The room appeared clean, bed was comfortable, tv and AC worked and good hot shower. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of not feeling100% safe coming in at night and overall run down appearance of the place.
