Rockport / Corpus Christi KOA Journey

Our second 3 month visit, and will book again next year. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with lots of staff working around the facility. Spots are the largest in all of Rockport, and rates are very affordable. Two pools, one heated. Bathrooms are spotless, laundry rooms are great with web connected machines. Grounds are well maintained, WiFi and cable access is available. We’ve toured every park in the area, this one is the best.

Immaculate and spacious! Staff is amazingly accommodating. Showers and laundry are very nice and clean. Loved that the shower stalls each had a lockable door. Lots of great amenities. Lots of staff prescience throughout the facility taking care of lots of details. Easy in and out. Definitely will return.

My husband and I stayed there for almost 3 weeks. It was quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful if needed. We are planning on going back this February.

2nd winter staying at the Rockport KOA as a Snowbird. We love this park! What a beautiful site! Everything is always kept very clean. We had problems with our cable (hooked up in the wrong slot) and Casey was so helpful he stayed over his shift to fixed it. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We stayed here December 7–9, 2025 and unfortunately ended up checking out early. The campground itself is very clean and the sites are spacious, which we appreciated — it has the potential to be a great stay. However, the mosquitoes were absolutely unbearable. We couldn’t even step outside with our dogs without being swarmed instantly. I understand weather can play a role, but this was bad enough that we were essentially stuck inside our camper the entire time. We also dealt with very poor water pressure, and most of our camper couldn’t get hot water at all during our stay, which made things pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, even though there were at least 40 open sites in multiple empty rows, we were placed right next to another camper who was noisy at times. It didn’t make sense given all
