Hidden Gem in Southern WA. It's a lovely place to camp for several reasons: Prime location, close to several tourist attractions and activities. Value, bank for my buck. Security, safe specially from big animals. Host, Bruce is a brilliant host who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. 100% recommended. And I'll be back to camp in this site soon.

Had a great time here. Yurts are very private and it’s nice to be by the river especially with the outdoor fire! It’s BYO most things (cooking + bedding). Host Bruce was great! Very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

There is a pretty low clearance bridge that I had to drive under, but it fit my 2011 ford Escape, so if you want camping away from people, this is the place to go. The owners are still working on a few of the spots but its turning out really good so far. Its a woman and gentleman that own and work on these campsites and theyre really nice and reasonable and charge $35 for their drive in/bring your own gear spots. Will be coming again in the future. Get here before all the people discover it for a chance at extra extra peaceful camping

If you have a tall trailer, you won't be able to fit under the train tracks. Which means you won't have to deal with RVs. The guy that runs it is super cool and kind. It was a slow Tuesday when we went, and we showed up late in the day. He upgraded us to a yurt for the same price as a campsite, which was really cool. We were the only people there that day. So it was really quiet and peaceful sitting by the fire by the river. It has the vibes of a passion project more than a business. He takes really good care of the place. We felt lucky we found this little peace of paradise on our road trip. I can't praise it enough. It was definitely something else. Skip the big, expensive campsites with tons of people and kick back here instead.

The land this is on is really pretty and the owner is very nice. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the yurts (the furnished one) which was very comfortable the bed was nice and it overlooked the toutle river and had a nice fire pit which a private outdoor bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place to visit and stay. I will definitely be coming back for future stays.
