I had stayed here before and had a great experience all the way around. I thought we needed to stay again and booked a room not realizing it was too far from our job site the next morning. They kindly and promptly cancelled with no judgement same day. Normally not their policy. Thank you for this and we look forward to a future stay at your beautiful hotel.

Extremely comfortable! The most excellent customer service ever!! Highly impressed with the professionalism displayed by Jazz. She is the most amazing person who truly cares about the guest experience. My mom and I stayed over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we are going back again in a few weeks. Super clean everywhere! This is now our home away from home!!

Friendly staff and very helpful! Nice clean room with a comfy king bed and a wet bar/ small sink, microwave and mini fridge. There was a set of silverware for 2 people in the drawer, 2 coffee cups, 2 plates and 1 small serving bowl in the cupboard. There's a 2 cup coffee maker with 1 packet of ground coffee on the kitchen table with a few packets of sugar. If you need more coffee packets, sugar or creamer, that's provided downstairs in the front lobby. Loved that this king bed/ wet bar room had a newer heater/AC unit that was quieter than the other standard king bed room we stayed at before! We slept in a bit until 10 am and missed the free contenental breakfast which I think ended at 9 am or so, but it wasn't a problem. The place was clean with plenty of room with mini fridge, microwave, coffee, wet bar and dishes, plus utensils. It was a quiet location, even on a Saturday night. It's behind a Safeway grocery store which is convenient if needed. Nice front desk staff that allowed me to park for a week with no problems coming back, which was pretty nice when your on a bicycle tour. I left an item in the room and they found it and I was able to get it back on my return, so a plus there. Typical hotel breakfast is decent enough with cereals, breads, biscuits and gravy, omelettes to microwave, yogurts and good coffee. I could hear the neighbors a little, but not enough to disrupt sleep.
