America's Best Value Inn Kelso

Above and beyond. The lobby smelled freshly mopped. Very clean rooms, no stains on the linens. Excellent customer service, front desk was very polite. My wife and i will most certainly be staying at America's best value inn in the future. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Quality room on a budget.

Positive: Staff was nice Negative: Said they served breakfast but they do not... Bed was like a sheet of stone and after 5 days i still havent recieved my deposit back $75??? Really??? Wow for what? Theres not $75 worth of furniture in that room... Give me my damn money back

Super disgusting. Sheets were still dirty. The manager wouldn't even think about coming up and changing them. We had a lot of stuff that we just put in our room before we went and looked at the beds. So we made the bed ourselves. There's no free breakfast. The rooms are super gross. Holes in the bed spreads. Wouldn't even shower in there!

Front desk woman was super helpful and very upfront and honest. Rooms were as clean as they could be for an older motel. The price was great. Would definitely stay there again

I was there on a business trip and everything was going wrong on that particular trip when we had nowhere else to turn lo and behold the staff came in and rescued me it was awesome treated like family it was outstanding highly recommend them
