Riviera Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The front desk staff who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The rooms were simple but elegant, with a classy touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is in an awesome spot! You can walk everywhere and it’s in the heart of the Santa Barbara area. We loved the lobby and spent time there relaxing. Our only issue was that the room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and the trash to be emptied.

1st time staying here. Great location…easy walk to beach, restaurants, breweries and tasting rooms. However being on State St means a bit more traffic and pedestrian noise - just something to consider! Staff is 5-star friendly and helpful!! Lots of nice little amenities to make your stay comfortable…especially like the multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas to relax, read and enjoy a beverage. Comfortable bed, small room but sufficient with good vibe. Will definitely stay here again.

Ideal for a stylish person seeking a contemporary, coastal retreat with a small dog. During our car trip along Highway 101's coast, this location satisfied my needs. There is an abundance of sunshine and a neighboring beaches with an option to recluse with private terrace for caffeine or reading break. From the touch light mirror to the wall-mounted beauty mirror to the yuzu mint conditioner, the room was designed with feminism in mind. In the morning, my significant other was able to get me green tea and take the dog for a romantic stroll. This location is ideal for a variety of dining alternatives, including fresh seafood off the pier and tacos. We stayed here while passing through Santa Barbara. The customer service here was excellent! Jennie reached out in advance to ask how to prepare for our stay, she texted me when the room was ready, and she furnished our room with a tiny refrigerator for my medication that needs to stay chilled. The entire staff (valet, housekeeping) was welcoming and professional. The property is beautiful, clean, stylish and the location is excellent! |Our King room was a bit small but we still enjoyed our stay!
