Riverwalk RV Park

I would ignore all reviews made before 2023. This park used to be great and was very affordable when the owners still lived here. In 2023, the owners moved to Reno and hired Century 21 to manage the place. Since then, the rent keeps going up very quickly every year and things like leafblowing or weed killing that used to be taken care of by the park are now the responsibility of the tenants.century 21 harasses the residents constantly making new rules and updating conditions with the threat of eviction. 1 out of 5 stars. I rented space #15 and experienced multiple break-in attempts on both my camper and truck while staying at this “resort”. Despite the sheriff’s involvement, no action could be taken as the suspect evaded detection each time the officer arrived. When I raised these concerns with management, they showed little concern, simply stating that no other guests had reported similar issues. They requested a copy of the police report but did not provide any flexibility in allowing me to terminate my lease early. The area was unsafe, with people roaming the parking lot at night, and even my neighbors warned me to secure my belongings. I strongly advise visiting the location before committing to a rental. If you do choose to stay, lock your doors and install security cameras.

I stayed at River Walk RV for almost 2 months while my husband was in the hospital (recovering from a stroke and car accident). I loved my stay, the park is quiet, clean and scenic! I enjoyed walking my dogs along the Spokane River! I used the laundry facility frequently (clean and reasonable). Barry is the Manager and he made my stay enjoyable, he brought me my mail and checked in on me. I met some amazing friends while I lived here as well. Highly recommend if in the area!!

Stayed 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The park was clean and well kept. A great place to base out of for Redwoods and coastal sites.

The management is really friendly and down to earth. Nice scenic view of the snake river. Probably one of the nicer TV parks in the valley that wont charge you an arm and a leg.
