Best Western Plus The Inn at Hells Canyon

Stayed overnight for work the next day. Very nice and upscale, for me. Very clean and everything in the room worked appropriately. Outstanding continental breakfast with omelet bar... Very elegant and new atmosphere.

The KIng Size bed/room was on the top floor in the back so it was very quiet. I never heard any noise while we were there. Parking out back was very easy. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Hotel. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Omelette Bar and waffles. I did not see bacon, but there was sausage and potatoes, cereal, etc. Very good. I'd stay there again. Daughter and son-in-law got a suite and it had 2 TV's (one for the kids). It was on the 2nd floor.|Their onsite level 2 EV charger was not working, so I did not get to try it.|I did not try the pool or hot tub, maybe next time.

Rented a room 01-16-2026 for my children & I due to a domestic violence situation. Within 30 minutes of renting said room I was told the person I had a protection orders against rented a room shortly after. I notified the front desk that he could not be 1,000 feet near me & said I would need to leave the room immediately. I asked for a refund which she stated the manager Jodi would have to approve the next day. Diane called me this morning notifying me they would not be refunding me even though they did confirm with Asotin County Sheriff's Department of the NCO! I will never give this hotel another cent of my money and I will be disputing the $240 charge on Tuesday when my bank opens! Absolutely shameful customer service! The owner needs to find better management!

An amazing building with nice big rooms , the layout makes sure the room are quiet and give you privacy. The pool and other amenities are all in perfacts shape . The breakfast bar is far and above the normal best western with an egg bar as well as a large selection of other clasic breakfast foods. This is now my favorite best western location
