Riverview Motel

This was a really nice find! The people are super nice and friendly and the location is fantastic. It was so nice to be able to see, hear, and even walk down to the river. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Don't take bets cause even if you call before noon & they take your name and credit card and tell you the number of your room (24) that when you get there at 5:15..p m NO ROOM that's right, unbelievable they do NOT have a room for me tonight, I could not be more teed off.. No access to my cell phone or Internet... Uggg👎 Unfortunately, after a year of chemotherapy & having a full lung removal a couple months ago, I can NOT go any further after 5-hour drive!! Why I made a reservation!! 😳 This is UNACCEPTABLE !!! ...thank God I found a place down the road at 6:00 p.m....a Great ROOM!!! Because of this I'd give 0 😱 👎IF you allowed me...ZERO 👎

Great stop in Riggins. We stopped on our way to raft the Lower Salmon. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.We had an air conditioner, mini fridge, microwave, and mini coffee maker. amenities. River view and access. Friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Rooms were clean, lots of pillows and towels. View from the window on the first floor was excellent. Betting it would be better from the Balconies of the rooms on the second floor. There's a trail around the NE side of the Motel that goes down to the river. With a couple of stopping places with chairs to sit in. The lower set even has a fire ring. Lady that checked me in was quick and accommodating. Below are a couple of pictures of the view.

I’m going to give it a 5 because I needed a safe, clean room at 10pm at night and the young lady in the lobby was the perfect example of customer service. Sure it’s older, but who cares. I stay at 4 and 5 star hotels all over the PNW all the time, and never get treated with the type of warmth and kindness as I did when I just stopped in and asked for a room. On a Friday night in Riggins, during the late spring, and a perfect weather day, I wasn’t expecting to have such luck. Thank you!!! I’ll be back, and next time for a few days with my family.
