Its not the best location . I've never seen a bug or had any problems . Service was always great. Prices are fair . Usually quiet n clean
It's not the Hotel Dupont but it's room and some of the rooms you can see the Delaware River. This is a no frills motel if you want that go and pay the extra money.

The rooms need to be updated, however I did experience a an encounter with a bed bug in the early larvae stage which means they need to address this issue quickly before the become full grown.
I stayed here for 5 months this while I was in town for work. I was in a corner room that was decent as it is an older place. The staff was super friendly and they respect your privacy. I would stay again if I am ever back in town.
