Milan Motel

Been here almost 2mo’s while im lookin4apt. Overall its descent. Its very cheap so its not the hilton but i like fact it has fridge & micr. Course my mic doesn’t work but i didnt say anything bc i have elect fry pan. When i 1st got here seen roaches but next day it got sprayed&havent seen any since. Im frm philly but its 20m drive on 95. Walkable grocery&whtvr u need stores galore. Owner very nosey but that keeps the wierdos away. Some call it a crackhead hotel but i havent seen anythin crazy &dont care wht people do. I been living in hotels yr now& this 1s actually pretty gd4the price. Ive paid more2have no fridge or microwave or wifi so.. i use the wifi4my firestick&tablet no prob. No vermin. Been in more exp hotels w roaches& mice so overall think its prtty gd! &gd location. Rt on borde

This place is absolutely disgusting and should not even be open. There are so many roaches you can't even sleep in the bed, someone that frequently stays there told me he puts napkins in his ears so the roaches won't go in his ears!! When you tell the front desk they don't care, they say they'll reimburse you if you buy big sprays and then tell you your room doesn't have roaches when you do. I wouldn't let my dog stay here!!

For a small motel the price is excellent. Were here working and its not a 5 star hotel, but it definitly deserves a 3. The manager and his wife are extremely friendly, professional, and constantly working to keep the grounds and the rooms exceptionally clean. ||All wood floors. New beds with mattress protector on it. They have a linen service where the bedding is immaculate, clean and comfy. Tiled bathroom floors, big tub and awesome shower head. Flat screen tv. Air/ heat are new. No complaints. Excellent location to the plants, food and stores. You can't go wrong if you are looking for a clean place to lay your head down at night.

My husband and I drove from Texas and stayed for a week. The room was great, clean, newly remodeled. The owners were very nice, helpful and very attentive. We had a wonderful stay, saw our family, with everything we needed at arms reach. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I became a plumber when I fixed the toilet myself, a certified exterminator when I killed 4 mice, and the rooms are way too overpriced. The staff was rude and made things difficult with specific payment methods and restrictions. There was also a time when the door lock was broken on my door and I always had to switch out and get new keys. Please don’t even think about buying a drink because the machine charges too much as it is and takes your money in the process. The wifi is terrible unless you stay right next to the office even though they have 2 different WiFi connections to choose from. When I finally escaped I had a grin on my face whilst the main staff himself stared at me probably wonder where I was going without even checking out.
