Brandywine Plaza Hotel

The room was clean quiet and has a lot of space. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had a microwave mini fridge coffee maker and iron. The hotel is in a good location. The customer service was great! The people at the front desk were very helpful. We would defiantly stay there again.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the Waterfall and my nephew’s wedding was there but I was very disappointed! The room was dirty and dated! They stated that every room had a microwave and you paid extra for the pool view. Well I didn’t have a microwave and the pool was drained and out of order! The toilet was stopped up and when I plugged in the radio I got shocked! NEVER AGAIN! I was given another room but the damage was already done! The other room was a little better but I didn’t feel comfortable!

Not good. Would not recommend. Stayed years ago when under different management, oh how changed it is now but not for the better. Lift was out for 2 days and staff elevator was not nice plus we were in their way. Room needs lots of improvements, you have to physically ask at the desk to get your room cleaned. Rooms not consistent, tea bags in room but no tea making kettle.We booked 3 rooms, one had 1 bin the others had 2 each. 1 had clock but not all. When asking at desk about elevator being out of action were told oh probably in the next couple of days. Air conditioner very noisy. People,guests not respecting quiet times. Very noisy at random times.

Yes you get what you pay for and we didn’t get much. My mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The coffee machine made coffee but we couldn’t make tea and ended up buying a kettle. The hot water didn’t get above warm. Otherwise if you disregarded the general rundown condition, you might be happy. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. I don’t think we’ll be back which is a pity - location for us is great! Parking is great! Oh yes! They pumped the water out of the pool during the night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Not brilliant foresight.

Stayed here with a group of friends. We had four different rooms. When I walked into my room there was pee in the toilet and it looks like it's been there for a long time. The toilet did not work. The bed was extremely dirty on the bottom complain to the manager he moves us to another room. The pool was very cloudy and dirty. One of the other rooms did not have a shower curtain. The other room did not have any towels in it. There was no pool towels outside. Some of the staff and some were not.
