All in all the room wasn’t that bad. However, the pool was the main reason for our booking. The water was warm and the slide was an awesome plus. There’s mold EVERYWHERE in the pool room and no matter where you sit your stuff will get soaked due to all of the leakage. The location was awesome but, personally I won’t be returning. Only one of the employees we ran into spoke and understood English. It wasn’t the best experience.

Not clean. Bad smell to room. Pool substandard. Bugs. Overpriced. Holes in wall, stains on carpet. Don't stay here. Find something better.

Positive: "" Negative: The bathroom was nasty. The room smelled really bad. The pool was cold couldn?t swim in an indoor pool cause it wasn?t heated. The whole motel needs updated and major cleaning.

Do not stay here. The location is good, but the rooms are nasty. The floor was soaked and when I complained they told me that they were aware of the situation. Don’t stay unless you want wet socks everytime you walk to your bathroom (it’s gross). They agreed to refund once I contacted the company I booked with, but as soon as that company contacted River Chase, they denied my refund. I called them and was told that I could not speak to the manager and that I was not being refunded. I should have got it in writing, but everyone in this area is usually very kind and honest. Lesson learned!

First thing I do is check for bed bugs, which there was none. That's the most important thing to me. Our original room we booked, the keys weren't working, nice gentleman at the front desk was quick to try and help, and he moved us to a new room because he couldn't get the keys to work. But I fear he moved us to a room that wasn't supposed to be used? It smelled very very musty, and the bathtub had a baseball sized hole in the bottom of it so we were unable to use the shower. I told the lady at the front desk that we were unable to shower because of the hole, and she apologized, but didn't offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience so I'm a little disappointed by that. The pool looked fun but did not have time to experience it. This place has a lot of potential but really really need
