River View Cabins & Canoes

I researched for weeks where in Arkansas I wanted to spend my birthday. And I made the right choice!! The walking trails show how beautiful the area is. The cabin is so comfy and cozy and clean. The horses are such sweet creatures! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will be back with more of my family!!

We spent our honeymoon in Cabin #2 -12 years ago- for our 12th Anniversary we stayed in Cabin #7- EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL- we floated the river from Shirley Creek back to the bridge at River view Cabins! We saw so many eagles 🦅, a beaver 🦫 cows 🐄 cooling off in the river- it was so peaceful and relaxing! The cabin was absolutely wonderful with the river view and the HOT TUB was so great to relax in- we will definitely be back and will bring our whole family! The staff was so friendly and made us feel like family!! 5 STAR ⭐️

Check in was easy and Macy is a great reception/manager (other titles as well) she makes it easy to understand. Our cabin was as advertised (Rose), we enjoyed the quant, our private beautiful views of the river from our elevated deck. We were just a short walk to the river where our “4th child” could run and play on the gravel bars. We will most like be back…oh! And yes , you are central to a lot of off-site seasonal activities as well.

We recently won a free 2 night stay in a giveaway and we had the absolute best time! We stayed in Cabin #9 and everything was clean and comfy and cozy! Had absolutely no issues, and everyone was so nice! We will definitely be back.

We spent a long weekend in cabin #5 ("The Southwest," per the website.) The area is very pretty with tons of trees, and the river close by. The the cabins are nicely separated and private. The Southwest cabin is described as small, and be advised, it definitely is. We had four adults and felt pretty stuffed-in. If you are a party of two adults and two young kids, you will probably be okay. There is a nice table for four, but no real room to move around it. Four adults cannot rest comfortably in the living area. The loft with two twins is reached by a steep ladder with no handrails---not for everyone---and with only one bathroom in the cabin on the lower level (which we were aware of), it's not really safe to make trips to the bathroom after lights-out.
