Reston Inn & Suites

My family and I traveled to Spencer/Ruthven from the Phoenix area last month, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Reston Inn. The rooms appeared recently updated and were very clean. The continental breakfast offered plenty of options, and everything was fresh. The Fall décor throughout the hotel was also a super cute touch. 🎃🍁 What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the kindness and hospitality shown by Dawn at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She is the definition of “Midwest nice,” and the main reason we would absolutely choose to stay here again. I genuinely hope good things come her way—she deserves it all. 😊

Room was nice, little hot tub (though not exactly "private pool" as described...) worked well. Clean and mostly quiet, mattress was comfortable. Pool and hot tub in main building were clean, but the hot tub jets had not been functioning for some weeks. Overall a nice stay, though a little overpriced.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was a delightful start to the day with a variety of tasty options. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient parking, which made everything hassle-free. Overall, a great place to stay!

So, look at it really you don't go to a hotel to take in the lavish room. You go to a hotel for rest. And when their bed is super uncomfortable. And pillows are hard to adjust. And the heater in the room doesn't work. That makes for a very bad stay.

We had nice, clean room. Dawn, at the desk, was very nice and helpful. Always friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I talked to her on the phone a couple months ago and she was very friendly and assured we got a handicap room. Thanks, Dawn!
