Positive: Location and staff Negative: Room smelled like ammonia and vomit. Asked to be moved and the second room was marginally better. Will not stay again.

Stayed 9/14/2025 left at 1:00 am 9/15. Bugs come up from the drains!!!! If I could this place zero stars I would. We stayed in the first floor. The room was filthy. A thick layer of dust on the headboard. The luggage cart had some sort of goo on it. The front area had flies swarming everything. In the room, the couch cushions were stained and dirty. I went to pull out the bed and there was butterscotch or peanut butter chips under the cushions - a clear indication that the bedding hadn’t been checked or changed. The bedding on the bed had hairs everywhere! I tried to bring in my own bedding and there was some grass on one of my blankets that got on the floor. I tried to pick it up with one of their wash cloths and the cloth turned brown from how dirty the carpet was. The bathroom sink had

Stayed on the bottom floor, when we came into the room the screen and windows were open and unable to lock them. TV remote didn’t work. No hair dryer. No shampoo. No sign to put on door for no service. TV in drawer, not sure if there was a cord. AC fan sometimes would work and other times didn’t. DIdn’t receive a receipt listing rules of the room. The room was clean but didn’t feel safe on bottom floor with the windows you couldn’t lock.

I booked a handicap accessible room, upon arrival I decided to shower. Gross. There is black mold throughout this place. No soap in the dispenser, the walls were literally crumbling, and there were pubic hairs in the shower... I went to the front desk and asked for a room without mold and got some strange excuse about it being a handicap accessible room and they only have 1 housekeeper... They gave me a new room, upstairs, and said I'm lucky they have availability. The new room had bugs in the tub... When I went to shower in this room there was no hot water. I called the front desk to ask about it and they told me that a CO2 alarm went off and 911 came (why wasn't I aware of this before?!?) and that the maintenance man will check it out tomorrow... So now I'm dirty in a dirty room... At le

Honestly this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We are on the first floor and the room reeks like a cross between mold and a foot. I can't believe the authorities have not been called on this hotel and that it continues to operate in this manner. It is a public heath risk as best. Beware!
