The lady in there is nice the trailer not all that but sometimes you have to crawl before you walk

The picture they have here must be an old one. It doesn't show all the potholes and the place is really run down.it does not deserve a rating of 1. You have to drive through with your foot on the brake pedal or you'll knock your car out of alignment. The railors are in bad shape and it's hard to get anything fixed. There is a roach problem here. This is not the place to go until you can afford better. You pay by the week but it's so high it's hard to get out of there because you are constantly giving them more money. It's a nightmare. You feel stuck. And you are for a while. Good luck getting all your belongings when you move out too. Moving here should be a last resort. It's the worst place you could rent in New Albany. Probably the worst in all of Mississippi. I'd sure hate to see wor

Due to my job, I’ve had to respond to calls here. Not often but some. The parking lot or entrance or whatever you call it is terrible and filled with lots of pot holes and puddles and bumps. The place isn’t very well kept at all.

The potholes are ridiculous. Black mold. Bug infested.
