Residence Inn by Marriott Woodbridge Edison/Raritan Center

I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn in Woodbridge, NJ. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. A special thank you to Loubna, the manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to help exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and her efforts made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We like this hotel for its convenience of easy access to the major thoroughfares and have been staying here multiple times in the past. However, our stay this time was not the best experience. The first night the toilet kept running at full force all night long, could not stop it. We were given another room in the morning since it was a weekend and no maintenance was available. That room was ok except it smelled of smoke. Previous occupants obviously didn’t feel like going outside to smoke. We didn’t feel like moving again and opened the windows, but the smell was still there five days later. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast area was clean, quiet and well supplied.

Most of staff was friendly. Some could dress more professional and acknowledge you when you're at the counter instead of being busy texting someone on their phone. Doesn't even stand up to be courteous. Just sits slumped in chair and remained on phone as I asked questions. The rooms had these bugs on wall. One of the windows didn't have a safetylock on it. I was up all night listening to the screen bashing the window and was super surprised when we were able to open window all the way. Felt like we had no privacy at night because the house is literally outside our window. We actually had one more day, but we left early.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone was friendly. They offer a daily breakfast spread. Not a lot but enough to get you by until lunch time. It is also conveniently located near major highways and there’s plenty of parking.

Everyone who works at the front desk here is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and you can't really hear your neighbors (aside from the hallway), so it's a nice place to relax. The lobby is comfy with a fireplace and outlets. The breakfast is well maintained and refreshed with items.
