Residence Inn by Marriott Roanoke Airport

Truly empathetic employees on the night shift. Renèe & Tom made our stay fantastic. We were able to borrow a wheelchair, the pet fee is a flat fee, and the hotel room was on a reasonable level. The room we got was a 1 room suite, the only downer, was the pull out bed, it took up the floor space and made it uneasy to move around the room. The amenities in the room were awesome. Full service breakfast, to go coffee and a free cookie! We're only going to book Residence Inns as we move. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Traveling with 2 young kids we wanted a room with a full sized fridge/freezer, enough room for 2 pack n plays, clean floors for our kids to crawl around on, and a full breakfast, and this hotel checked all of those boxes and then some. As a bonus, there were actually 3 high chairs in the breakfast area. This may not seem like a big deal, but I think every other hotel I’ve stayed at with my kids has only had 1, so I can’t tell you how much of a luxury it is to have enough high chairs for multiple kids. Staff are super friendly, grounds are immaculate, and the location is convenient to everything in Roanoke. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite with my family. The price was good and the ease of the two bedroom with kids was perfect! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast offered had a good variety and hours were nice. The suite had a full size fridge and stove which is a nice option so you can make your own food, if desired. The only negative was the walls seemed thin, so you could hear people upstairs walking in and opening their doors.

Hotel in need of refresh. Have stayed here before as location good in Roanoke for our travels. This time tv in bedroom turned on but no picture and heat in room was 79 as thermostat didn’t work so just turned system off. Just a lot not up to usual Marriott Residence Inn standards. Will skip next time. One positive is staff are great.

The check-in process was smooth. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of 4. The outdoor patio area has a hot tub, nice size pool and a grill, nixr fitness center and basketball hoop outside. You can always count on a great breakfast at a Residence.
