Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Conshohocken

Needed spare pillow and blankets in room. Many of the customers were very rude to the staff. Consider raising rates restricting clientele or security. No adult supervision at pool. At camera. Add rules about noise. It is closed indoors and 20 kids are super loud. Several children were poorly behaved. Breakfast was decent. Hard working ladies service very busy days. Great job. We had a large suite which was very nice. No significant concerns or complaints. Good food around. It is near a frequent train but that was not a problem for our family. We all slept easily.

Well, we stayed here few years back for family christmas gathering and it was pleasant and we returned this year. The experience at first was standard for marriot property that I would expect from a business hotel. Lets be honest if you are staying here you should not expect luxury experience. Please keep this in mind folks! The front desk agent on christmas day, You could tell the GSA did not want to be there. But its understandable it was Christmas. Hey lady grow up, if you are not happy with job move on. Find retraining opportunities and find a job you would be more content. The plus were the breakfast was suffrice and I hope renovation is the near future cause I would love the return. The town is nice and location is good for us.

Positive: The location was great, as well as the size of the room. Negative: The pool was absolutely disgusting. The water itself was coated in film and had trash in it. The area surrounding the pool had trash all over it

The service was exceptional, and every single person working here that I spoke to was very kind and understanding. The hot breakfast was actually hot and not just a waffle maker and fruit, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when we checked in, I checked under the mattress and there were two live bugs and several dead ones. They were not bedbugs, but I don’t know which kind of bug they were. The front desk moved us without question and was very apologetic. When we went to our second room, there was one live bug under the mattress. We went to move to the couch bed and there was no sheet on the bed and it was covered in some sort of brown splotch? The room came with earplugs - presumably because it’s very kid friendly, the room makes a random, loud clicking sound, and the train. Definitely

Truly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve traveled the world. I’ve stayed in many many residence inns as well over the years, and therefore I had high expectations, as the Marriott name usually means excellence. Well not at this location!! Very VERY dirty hotel as a whole. Only one area of the parking lot is lit, no outside cameras for the cars overnight, no outside trashcashs by each entrance like a normal hotel; just two main trash cans by the main entrance. Check in on floor two, hotel breakfast lacking. Coffee completely empty at 8:30 am with only one family in the dining room. Only extra bold coffee available either in the dining room or in the room. No actual coffee maker in the room! Just an unregulated hot water warmer maybe?? Filled it up with water and put an
