Marriott Philadelphia West

Marlanea at the front desk always had a smile and greeted us whenever she saw us. She gave us information about several restaurants nearby as well as literature about Valley Forge. Seasia gave us a warm welcome and remembered what we like to drink with breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location is good if you don't want to stay in the city but still drive in for dinner. Lots of good restaurants in Conshy too.

We used this hotel for a room block for a wedding at nearby Overbrook Golf Club and for a post-wedding breakfast the next morning. The check-in/out process went smoothly for guests and they received their welcome bags. The hotel rooms were very clean. We had a minor water drainage problem in the bathroom sink, but it wasn't a big deal. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There was excellent communication for both the room block and the breakfast event. It was convenient to have a large lobby and the restaurant/bar for guests to gather and socialize before and after events. While I did not have time to use the amenities, others did and I heard no complaints. I would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to book another room block or event. Tyrah, Alisca, and Floyd were truly amazing! They were able to recommend food suggestions, as well as places to visit while we were on our date night. ||Tyrah has a great personality as well, we felt very welcome and will visit again!! You have some amazing people. They are true to the Marriott Brand. They get really 10 stars!!||Thank you again for making our stay phenomenal!

There are few good things about this hotel, unfortunately. It was a disaster despite overall good rating and reviews for the place. It has good views during good weather It has as decent pool with a hot tub, even though both are significantly worn. Otherwise it does not deserve the name. It's really dated and tired. It's not maintained. Usually I don't pay much attention to dust, but this was an extreme case - our son was sneezing non stop after our first night there. The dust was on all surfaces. And look at the ventilation's exhaust in the bathroom! We are Marriott Platinum, and I spent certificates to upgrade our room to a "Lounge level" room. We do have access to the lounges anyway. But the certificates were about to expire and I thought I'd put them to some use and we'd stay on the sa

I stayed here a few days ago for a company Christmas party. This hotel is beautiful, with a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. What truly stood out to me, though, was how kind and accommodating the staff is. Both Tyrah and Lae’l were so nice. At no point did I feel like I was lacking or waiting on anything, it was a perfectly smooth vacation thanks to y'all. If You’re reading reviews and trying to decide where to book, book a room here!!
