Updated Review Draft Rating: ★★★★★ I’m having such a great stay here! From the moment I arrived, it’s been incredibly easy to just relax and enjoy myself. The entire place is so well-maintained, and you can really tell they care about the details—the rooms and facilities all smell so fresh and clean. The outdoor pool and spa area are super comfortable and were definitely a highlight. What really made the evening, though, was the cafe. The food was an excellent dinner choice, and it was so nice to be able to stay right here at the hotel instead of having to get back out into traffic. The customer service here is top-notch. It’s a rare treat to show up and have everything taken care of so you can truly unwind. I highly recommend this spot!

Our stay was mediocre at best. With all the hotel options available, I would pass on this one in the future.|| When we entered our room, the bad smell was so strong . Whoever stayed here before definitely cooked a lot. If that wasn't the worst part, the table and chairs area looked like it wasn't vacuumed. Hair and crumbs everywhere. The bed was ok, but it lacked pillows. You get 3 pillows that are practically flat for 2 people. Housekeeping is every other day, but note they can come late. Ours came at 5 pm, and we just got our towels changed bc we were already back in our room.||The pool is nice. It was never full when we were there. The breakfast buffet was decent. I do like that they serve you the main foods, so lines go quicker, and you aren't just waiting for someone to make a waffl

Mold in the bathroom and carpet was not vacuumed. Mixed reviews on the food and the pool restaurant/bar area customer service were exceptional. The hallway going to our room had chunks of drywall missing. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property next year. We have other Marriott properties we stayed at that are kept up much better i.e. Residence Flamingo Crossing. It would be nice instead of a dear John (will do better or give us a second chance) letter from the Asst or General Manager to actually refund some of the expense paid.

Grateful for the staff every step of the way. When we arrived, our room had a maintenance issue and needed to be fixed. As there were no other rooms available, they set up a stay nearby. While the interruption was unwelcome, it was also unavoidable. And at the end of the day, it's not the mistakes that are made, it's how they are handled. The staff at Residence Inn made every effort to support us while displaced and do everything they could do make our stay wonderful when we returned. From the wonderful breakfast to the clean, comfortable rooms and lovely staff - we will be staying here every time we return to Orlando. The kitchen in the room made the trip much more feasible and comfortable for us. Location ended up being perfect for our stay. And while we chose to Uber, the shuttles we

This place has declined over the years. Used to be my go to. This time first room a pleasant view.of the parking lot for a titanium member, not quite the treatment we should get . The light switch shortcircuited and moved to another room but that end of the buikding also only had one working elevator. Second room toenail clippings found on floor so i dont think they vacuumed well. Asked for towel exchange while.out amd dropped off new.towels but evidently the towels just inside the front door was not obvious enough to take out of the room. no housekeeping or room cleaning the entire stay. Were suppose to redress the room and said they were too busy amd would be back before 5 pm but never came.back. Need to raise the prices this place is attracting a lot of riff raff that barely can affo
