Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport

It's a good place to stay near the airport . Room clean, we had the king size bed in a separate bedroom with a pullout bed. The pullout bed was not ready for us, even though we asked them to as we were checking in at midnight Our room had a kitchenette area, but we didn't use.(With fridge and microwave and coffee maker) They had makeup remover wipes as toiletries and it was useful. Parking is to be paid using a third party app. Breakfast was good and they even have gluten free options.

Everything was fine except for minor details. The 1st day of our stay the main elevator wasn't working. That night, the refrigerator's freezer made noise all night. Complained the next day and when we got back, no noise. Yet, the next day when I went to take out my bottle of water, it was warm. No wonder no noise, they had turned the switch off! I complained again and told them about the incident. Manager was in disbelief and said it would be attended to immediately. When I returned to the room, rest assure the problem was fixed. No problemas afterwards. Room was very comfortable and great location. Only setback was some inconsiderate guests were very rowdy and kept me up until 2 am. Had to call front desk to complain about the excessive noise.

Stayed here for two nights with kids. The rooms are set up very well. We had a two bed suite. It was spacious and clean. They offer a free continental breakfast and have a pool. The staff were all very friendly and this hotel was perfect for what we needed for this stay.

The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

A little wear, but great rooms and size. Good breakfast bar. Great place to stay near the airport with free shuttle to MCO
