Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando

Good location to stay if you're going to any of the theme parks. Close to highways but still very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of meal options near by. Room was clean and included a full kitchen (full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher) with pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, and cleaning supplies. Would stay again.

I dont typically do this, but having been a loyal Marriott customer for close to 30 years and a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. ||It is called the HOSPITALITY industry, and the minimum a guest should be able to expect is a clean room, linens and restful stay. When checking in, we made a simple request about having the room refreshed daily. The front desk staff said they put it in. Next day, the room was NOT refreshed, when I went back to the desk to inquire, the note was not in our reservation, but the night staff put it in in front of me. The next day after I had to remind them again, the bed was made...but they did not leave us any towels, so we could not refresh ourselves. I had to go all the way down the front desk to demand some towels in pers

Great location near Universal with some service gaps. The location is excellent and very convenient to Universal. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was decent, though very busy during the last hour. The one-bedroom suite was comfortable, and the kitchenette was well-equipped and useful. However, housekeeping was disappointing. Despite requesting daily service due to traveling with two young kids, and being told it would be provided, we only received service twice over 5 full days. The sofa bed had no sheets, blanket, or pillow, and the shampoo bottle was empty throughout our stay. A couple of complimentary water bottles at check-in would have been appreciated after a long trip. Overall, a good stay location-wise, but service details need improvement.

Hotel was VERY clean and modern!! Not to mention very spacious. The staff was extremely accommodating. Both shifts! Every employee that we encountered was helpful and friendly! We will definitely stay at this location again!

Great location and nice to have a shuttle bus to the universal parks.Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
