Residence Inn by Marriott Mobile

Rooms are clean and fairly up to date, hallways are clean, no mold that we have noticed. Service is wonderful, all of the staff is happy and ready to assist. Location is central, traffic can be tough- trade off is you are close to everything! Again, staff are wonderful and for us it's the most important part of a stay.

We always select this hotel when visiting, we’ve never had any issues with staff, cleanliness, or other guests… Sure it’s not luxury and breakfast could be better, but it’s very good for what you pay for. We had two 2 bedroom suites on the 3rd floor this visit, space was clean and quiet ( and the place was fully booked this weekend). Will return again.

Positive: The shower and room were amazing.. Negative: I got food poisoning from the breakfast and the milk had spoiled i drank chunks of milk as the expired milk was left out to guests...the tv kept disconnecting from the internet had to constantly reload it..the pool was closed and it was the reason i went

Let me start by saying that I'm not sure how this hotel is apart of the Marriot brand. As a Titainum Eliete member, I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted. For starters, the hotel is severely outdated. The quality of the hotel was poor. The cleanliness was beyond disappointing. Our dishes were dirty, our bathrooms were dirty, and we used our own blankets! We went through several cans of lysol to get rid of the odor. The HVAC unit is loud and it shook the room when it kicked on. We could not sleep. Our toilet overflowed and water got all over the bathroom floor. Maintaince came to fix it quickly but housekeeping NEVER came to our room. My kids and I were forced to use the towels to clean up the water. When I went to the front desk, the gentleman told me, "There is nothing I can do"...th

The only good thing about this place is the location. I was planning on staying here for 2 weeks for a work trip because I wanted to cook and was tired of eating out. I saw the bad reviews and took a chance, don’t make the same mistake as me! When I first got there, the first room I was in had some type of water damage it seemed. The ceiling was peeling and the sink was dirty. I then saw a roach in the bathtub when I woke up my first or second night there and immediately change rooms. The second was a lot better and was clean. The stay was going okay until the door lock randomly stopped working. I had just got off work, had errands to run, and the front door desk person kept blowing me off to help other people because “the door was probably a bigger issue.” Once he finally helped me, he to
