Positive: Kitchen area in room/ pool was amazing Negative: They did not have towels available

This is my go to place when I come to the desert for Horse shows. I love their rooms, the kitchens, the staff and the location. They have the electric chargers for my car and there’s so many of them. I all seem to find one near my room. It’s like having my own place in the desert. Everything about this hotel is comfortable for me because they make everything easy and the building itself with all the different entrances. Makes it easy to park near your room. I will always stay here during the horse show season.

This is a regular spot for us to stay, love the location and the room is comfortable. My only issue was that there was rarely any coffee at breakfast and other breakfast items were also scarce. They definitely could have been better at replenishing the items. I LOVE the free EV charging, was super convenient. We will be back!

Friendly staff, good breakfast and great room service. The hotel was kept clean. Great location, close to food, shopping and easy drive to Indian Wells Tennis. The free EV charging was a great plus for us.

I spoke with Benjamin at the Residence Inn La Quinta who was courteous and engaging. I inquired about checking in a few days earlier, and he immediately offered to make a note to notify me if anything became available. That kind of proactive care goes beyond the basics of his role. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely looks for ways to help.
