Residence Inn by Marriott Irvine Spectrum

I’ve been on an extended stay at the Marriott Residence Inn Irvine and overall it’s been a very good experience. The remodeled units are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and most of the staff have been welcoming and helpful.||Unfortunately, one aspect has been disappointing. A particular front-desk associate consistently comes across as rude and dismissive, treating guests more like inconveniences than people. Her aggressive, all-attitude demeanor creates an unwelcoming atmosphere and really stands out compared to the rest of the team. After several weeks here, I’ve also noticed that the warm hospitality we felt when we first checked in has faded; it sometimes feels as though long-term guests aren’t valued the same as new arrivals.||I hope management takes this feedback seriously b

Used a free night stay, in order to attend a concert. Was greeted by Maria with a goodie bag & signed Birthday card - how did they know??? Place looks like converted condo/apt complex. Room was very nice. Had full kitchen & eating area. Shower stall, comfy bed. Wish I had known about this hotel sooner. I absolutely would have spent more than a day there.

Meeting all the expectations for a business trip—efficient service, quiet comfort, and reliable connectivity. I’d definitely consider staying here again for future work-related travel.

Was attending a concert for my bday, so I used my free night & stayed at Residence Inn, Irvine Spectrum.|I wasn't expecting too much, marriott properties haven't been my 'good too places for a few years now.||Pleasantly surprised doesn't really cover it.||Upon my arrival/check in, Maria had a bday card & some goodies waiting for me - how did they know? I left check in with a huge smile on my face. ||Place looks like a bunch of converted condos/apts. I opened door to my unit & was amazed. Full kitchen (including stove/oven). Counter/eating area. Studio unit, so bed & living room were separated by tv/credenza (?). Shower stall... Place is perfect for extended stays. |Had I known, I would have booked addtl nights there.|Breakfast was usual fare. With a full kitchen, who really needs cook to
