Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley

I stayed at the Marriott property this weekend for my engagement party and I was using one of the Marriott banquet rooms from the start of my check-in. The person at the front desk did not tell me how much the authorization fee was. He just automatically charged it to mycard that I had on file. When I told him that that was not the card that I wanted to use, I wanted to use a credit card he attempted to fix the error. However, the error is still not fixed and I still have money on hold is one of the reasons why I did not want to use my debit card so after that, I called upstairs to speak to someone in Marriott and I also called my bank to see if they can get that whole release quicker and they couldn’t but as I said, I was having my engagement party there the supervisor Nick called me duri

We stayed here while buying a house in the area. This spot was perfect for our stay. This spot has a great selection for breakfast. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Susie at the front desk has been extremely helpful addressing our needs.

My young son and I spent a week here while getting some work done on our home. The rooms are clean, the indoor pool was awesome and breakfast was such a nice perk to have! Thank you so so much to all of the staff members here for helping make our stay a comfortable one!

Stayed here for over a month with my husband and our child. The location is in a good spot, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the interstate and even a metro train system down the road. The hotel offers many usual amenities: free breakfast, a pool, outdoor grilling( which were of high quality), laundry and dryer facilities, and 24 hour fitness room. They do a good job with the breakfast menu with a good variety ,only thing I wish they served was bacon on their menu, they do have meat patties which are good too. Rooms are spacious with a full fridge, 2 stove burners, a sleeper couch, table and chairs. Service was good the front desk staff was friendly helpful and outgoing. Housecleaning was bit lacking in the way of being more thorough with cleaning and are understaffed it seemed. We

I stayed here for a few nights.||The location is very conveniently located. It is easy to get to from the highway, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is in a business park and felt pretty safe. ||There is a light rail station just a few steps from the hotel, which was huge plus for me going back and forth between downtown and the hotel. It's about a 45 minute train ride downtown (each way).||The staff were very friendly and accommodated my early check in request. My room was clean and quiet, but occasionally smoke from the exterior door near my room would waft in. Also, the bathtub drained extremely slow. I didn't report either issue to staff. ||The pool was nice, clean, and appeared well maintained. The breakfast was standard. ||Overall I was satisfied with my stay and wou
