Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley

2 stars since the standard rooms don't have a microwave nor a freezer compartment in the mini fridge, meaning you have to go to the lobby to heat food up, and you can't keep frozen food since there is no freezer. The "suites" are obviously larger, but while there is a microwave, still no freezer. Whereas you had a shower/bath in the standard room, now you only have a shower stall. Definitely not for extended stays. You can sign into your Amazon Prime account and watch that, and you can also sign into your YouTube account too. You can also use Bluetooth headsets/earphones with the TV. The walls are rather thin and if you have hearing problems like I do, you need a bit of volume to hear, and using headphones means I won't disturb anyone in the next room. The people working here are the best!

I make a huge mistake in prepaying for this hotel since I drive myself crazy analyzing which hotel to stay at. My radar was off on this one. All I saw was a suite with a balcony and thought this was the hotel for me. I knew from the minute I walked in the side door and smelled a nasty odor (maybe mildew) that I made a mistake. I took the one elevator to my room. There was a young lady riding the elevator in her bare feet. Couldn't figure that one out since there's no pool! The room was like putting lipstick on a pig. Way outdated but trying to cover it up. The toilet is a children's toilet, so close to the ground! Why would you put that in a hotel room, it made no sense!! The balcony had no chair and was very blah. Not a place where I'd want to sit and enjoy nature. The worst

We come in town on average twice a year to visit family. We always choose to stay at the Courtyard in Hunt Valley! The rooms and property are well maintained and enjoyable. The area has a lot to offer and convenient to many places. We'll continue to choose this location.

When i arrived on 19th October, there was no wifi and on the following day no running water. This is probably the worst stay I came across since i have been regularly travelling to USA from past number of years.

Per my wife"I unfortunately made the mistake of prepaying for my room for 4 nights. I knew as soon as I stepped into the entrance near the elevator it wasn't the right hotel for me, there was a musty, gassy odor. Not very pleasant. The room was decorated fine but it looked like an old room with a new coat of paint. The toilet was a kid's toilet so close to the ground. It was horrible why wouldn't they have a normal toilet? I thought it would be nice having a balcony but there was no chair, very blah. I sleep with my curtains open, imagine my horror when I couldn't see out the window it was all covered in white stuff! I know it's condensation but one expects to be able to see out of a window. I would have nightmares when I woke up during the night!! I knew I couldn't stay here s
