Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Peachtree City

Almost new (October 2025), sparkling clean, modern motel with friendly helpful staff. Free breakfast was pretty good as compared to most. Great big room with sitting area, kitchen, nicely appointed with good pots and pans etc. We were there only one night but it'd be good for extended. Very good firm bed. Good shower.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I stay in "mid-level" hotels (Hampton Inn, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Home2Suites/Homewood Suites, Hyatt Place/Hyatt House, Staybridge Suites, SpringHill Suites, etc.) all the time, and this place really stood out. The room was a nice size and had a full kitchen. (We had a room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, and it was a bit cramped near the desk when the sleeper sofa was open, but that wasn't a problem.) The beds were comfortable and a perfect height. (We had just spent 4 nights at a Holiday Inn Express where for some unknown reason the beds were very high off the ground -- enough for it to be unpleasantly noticeable.) First time at this hotel. Me and my wife came here for our 1st anniversary. I wanted to do something Romantic. Residence Inn is Quiet has a lot of space for you and your love ones. The Kitchen, furniture the bedroom and bathroom was nice. The hotel was super clean, everyone was nice and friendly.

I stayed here recently and had such a wonderful experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Cindy at the front desk was an absolute joy, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and cared for. Jessica, the bartender, was also fantastic. Personable, attentive, and provided excellent hospitality. It’s rare to find such genuinely friendly staff who clearly love what they do. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere! The fire pit outside and hot delicious breakfast were a plus!

One of the hotels that gets everything right and looks great while doing it. Exemplary staff all around. 217 had a weird noise, increasing for 20 minutes in loudness until a ten minute break, then repeating. I had my earplugs so all went well. I'm confident their techs will figure it out. Twice I was offered to switch rooms but I declined. These guys are next-level.
